Meet Our Chef
If there is one thing Chef Damien Tiregol is good at–it’s cooking. Not only does Tiregol use his culinary training to prepare mouthwateringly delicious dishes at Crabby’s, but he also has his own weekly cooking show on Living Well on KSN. Tiregol has taught classes for the Franklin Technology Centers Culinary Program as well.
All of Tiregol’s talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, either. Tiregol has won several awards–both for himself as well as for Crabby’s. Crabby’s was rated best seafood restaurant by Joplin Globe readers and best restaurant in Joplin by 417 Magazine multiple times over the last few years. Tiregol has been featured in Show Me magazine as well.
When Tiregol isn’t busy preparing the best seafood Joplin has to offer, you can find him in and around the Joplin community. Tiregol has lived in Joplin since he was 12, and his children attend school here. He is very active and involved both with his family and with his local economy and community.
